Kipu Health, a leader in healthcare technology, provides transformative solutions for treatment centers through its Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) products.
While these tools offer extensive functionality, onboarding and training posed significant challenges, often leaving users overwhelmed. We partnered with Kipu Health to create a comprehensive eLearning ecosystem, transforming their training model into an accessible and engaging experience.
Kipu’s EMR and RCM products are rich in features, designed to cater to the intricate needs of behavioral health organizations. However, their complexity led to steep learning curves, frequent support requests, and prolonged onboarding cycles. These challenges hindered users’ ability to fully leverage the products, creating bottlenecks for Kipu’s growth and customer satisfaction.
To address these issues, we developed an interactive eLearning ecosystem tailored to Kipu’s user base. The platform featured multimedia modules, including step-by-step demonstrations, engaging video tutorials, and detailed infographics. By incorporating visual storytelling, we presented frequent scenarios and workflows in ways that resonated with users, enhancing both understanding and retention.
Our human-centered design process ensured that the training materials aligned seamlessly with Kipu’s branding while prioritizing user experience. Starting with a deep analysis of Kipu’s training requirements, we outlined a structured learning path. Each module was tested iteratively with real users, allowing us to refine content based on feedback. The final product was integrated into Kipu’s Learning Management System (LMS), providing users with on-demand access to high-quality training resources.
