From the creators' perspective, UX involves building a product that meets user needs while shaping expectations about how it works. This group includes product managers, designers, developers, and stakeholders.
From the users’ perspective, UX defines how they perceive, engage with, and respond to the product. It’s about whether they find it intuitive, enjoyable, and fulfilling to use.
Ultimately, UX is the exchange of experiences between creators and users. It’s also a cycle where users' interactions provide feedback and data that help creators improve the product, ensuring it remains relevant and impactful over time.

What is a UX diagnosis, and how can it help my product?

A UX diagnosis identifies areas where the interaction between your product and its users may falter, which we call "UX Smells." These insights allow us to recommend targeted improvements, enhancing the user experience on visceral, behavioral, and reflective levels. Ultimately, this helps reduce churn and makes your product more engaging.

What will you need from us to perform a UX diagnosis?

We’ll need a 45-minute to 1-hour session with you for a demo or walkthrough of your product's main flows. We'll also review your user metrics (e.g., retention, churn, engagement, acquisition) to identify areas for improvement. This analysis forms the basis for actionable recommendations to optimize your product's user experience.
