How We Transformed Digital AI’s Training Ecosystem

Scaling agile training with a comprehensive eLearning curriculum designed for flexibility and growth.

Digital AI, a conglomerate of recently unified companies, sought to standardize training for their agile project management tool, Agility, and scale their eLearning capabilities. Relying heavily on virtual instructor-led training (vILT), the existing model was labor-intensive and difficult to scale. We collaborated with Digital AI to design and develop a comprehensive eLearning curriculum that revolutionized their training ecosystem.

The Challenge: Scaling and Simplifying Training

Digital AI’s reliance on vILT sessions created bottlenecks in their onboarding and training processes. While effective, these sessions demanded significant time from Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and lacked flexibility for users. Additionally, the absence of role-specific training paths limited the platform’s accessibility and impact.

The Solution: A Scalable E-Learning Curriculum

We designed an eLearning curriculum that repurposed materials from vILT sessions into engaging, self-paced modules. By creating high-quality videos and interactive content, we provided users with access to training anytime, anywhere. This approach not only empowered users but also reduced the burden on SMEs, allowing them to focus on more strategic tasks.

Our process began with an extensive analysis of user workflows and pain points, followed by the creation of structured learning paths tailored to different roles. Using iterative design and development, we produced polished, multimedia-rich content that aligned with Digital AI’s brand and learning objectives. The final modules were deployed within a Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring scalability and easy access.

Results and Impact

The eLearning platform transformed Digital AI’s training model, making it more scalable and accessible. Users benefited from role-specific content that improved onboarding and engagement, while SMEs gained valuable time to focus on customer success initiatives.
